We will begin to envision the change you are hoping for. We will build a collaborative relationship in which your needs are central and primary. I will bring my curiosity, kindness, and expertise. We may explore the past so as to gain a new understanding or a new level of acceptance. Often, we will focus on finding solutions to the present dilemma, practicing new skills, and planning for a brighter future.
